The Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) to establish a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) Agreement for an Automated Flow Cytometry System for a 12 month base and four 12 month option periods. It is the intent of the Government to award this contract to a single contractor for a flow cytometry system. The Contractor shall agree to the following terms of the CPRR exclusively with the OVAHCS facility. The objective of this contract is to provide a comprehensive solution for the installation, maintenance, and operation of 10-16 Color Automated Flow Cytometer instrument(s) system, along with the necessary consumables and monoclonal antibodies required for performing Leukemia/Lymphoma panels, Lymphocyte Subsets, and T-cell enumeration tests. The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary instrumentation, automated systems, ancillary equipment, installation, validation, calibrations, technical support, training, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance services. All provided equipment, reagents, and consumables must be cleared for clinical diagnostic use. By following these guidelines and ensuring all equipment, reagents, and consumables are cleared up for clinical diagnostic use, the vendor will be able to provide a reliable, cost-effective, and efficient solution to meet the flow cytometry needs of the Orlando VA Healthcare System- Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service.
Background
The Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) aims to establish a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) Agreement for an Automated Flow Cytometry System. The contract is intended to be awarded to a single contractor who will provide a comprehensive solution for the installation, maintenance, and operation of flow cytometry systems. This initiative aligns with the mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs to enhance healthcare services for veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an Automated Flow Cytometer system capable of performing 10-16 color fluorescence tests, including Leukemia/Lymphoma panels and T-cell enumeration tests. The system must include:
- A three-laser configuration with fixed optical alignment.
- Continuous load/walk-away operation capability.
- A 24" widescreen LCD display and color laser USB printer.
- Data analytic software with remote analytic capabilities.
- An uninterrupted power supply (UPS).
- Instrument prep workstation.

Additionally, the contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary monoclonal antibodies, reagents, and consumables required for testing. All equipment must be cleared for clinical diagnostic use. The estimated quantities include:
1. Automated Flow Cytometer System(s) - 1 Year
2. Leukemia/Lymphoma Panel - 696 units
3. T Cell Lymphocyte Test - 1,296 units
4. B Cell Lymphocyte - 648 units
5. All monoclonals, reagents, and consumables included at no additional charge.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four additional option periods of 12 months each.

The products will be delivered to the Orlando VA Healthcare System located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827.
