Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, is seeking sources who can provide reagents, supplies, consumables, software, warranty, and service/maintenance for Siemens RapidPoint Blood Gas systems across various healthcare systems within VISN 22.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the necessary materials and services are available to support the operation of blood gas analyzers at multiple VA facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide:
1. Reagents and consumables capable of performing clinical parameters as defined in the statement of work.
2. Continuous inventory management for reagents, standards, controls, supplies, disposables, and other materials required for Siemens RapidPoint and EPOC systems.
3. Emergency supply delivery within 24 hours if supplies are defective or if there is a failure to comply with delivery requirements.
4. Maintenance services including unlimited service visits during business hours and emergency repairs within 24 hours.
5. Specific items include:
- Siemens EPOC and RapidPoint systems service
- Various reagents such as Eurotrol controls and calibration verification fluids
- Additional items like air filters, paper printers, and proficiency survey quick adapters.
- Quantities specified in the solicitation include units per year for each item.

The period of performance will begin on June 1, 2026.

The products will be delivered to various locations within VISN 22 including:
