VISN 19 Ophthalmology Endpoints Topcon for Montana VA Health Care System and Salt Lake City VA Health Care System

Background
VISN19 is seeking to replace outdated equipment in ophthalmology/eye clinic departments at VA Montana Health Care System (FHM) and VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (SLC). The replacement will include installation and connecting to the new FORUM server procured by EHRM IO. Each site has its own existing VISTA/CPRS EHR system to integrate with, and the system shall support VA VMWare virtual server environment. The offers must include all hardware, software, and labor to fully implement the requirements in this document.

Work Details
The solicitation includes a list of line items for Topcon products, such as Topcon AIT-250W table, Topcon Installation, Calibration, and Training, Topcon Large Caster for AIT-250/250/650, Topcon Maestro2, and Topcon KR-1W. The solicitation also specifies the quantity and unit of measure for each item.
