This equipment is necessary for manifest refractions which are a vital diagnostic test for eye exams at NWHCC Eye Clinic. This equipment is necessary for manifest refractions which are a vital diagnostic test for eye exams at NWHCC Eye Clinic. Scope of Work: Delivery will be conducted by the contractor at no additional charge to the government. Equipment will be delivered to the San Antonio VA, 9939 HWY 151 San Antonio, TX 78251. Vendor is responsible for installation, training and instructions and guidance at the service location indicated by the assigned COR.
