Background
VHA Pittsburgh has a new Brand Name Or Equal request for one (1) RR HUT Table Cardiac Tilt and Echocardiogram Table required for tilt table testing for veterans with unexplained episodes of syncope. VHA Pittsburgh is the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) Hub for the Electrophysiology Department which performs a wide array of both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This Table is necessary to continue to provide this valuable service to our veterans.

Work Details
This requirement is for the purchase and delivery of P/N 1256_RR HUT Table Cardiac Tilt and Echocardiogram Table for the NCO4 Network. The specific products to be delivered include: RR HUT Table Cardiac Tilt and Echocardiogram Table, Removable Safety Handrail Kit _ RR HUT. The technical specifications include various features such as echocardiogram imaging exam drop section, patented non-pinch closure, sonographer extension, positioning wedge, emergency tilt rate, patient weight capacity, hand controller with programmable tilt angle selector switch, battery backup, secure/adjustable patient safety strap system, integrated/folding foot platform, among others.

Period of Performance
Delivery must be FOB Destination and coordination to be made with the COR of the contract prior to shipping of any equipment. Normal business hours for acceptance of deliveries are 08:00 AM-15:30 PM ET, Monday thru Friday excluding Federal Holidays.
