Premier Tables Sonographer Chairs

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure UltraScan Versa Premier Tables for the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, ME. This procurement aims to enhance diagnostic imaging capabilities and improve ergonomic working conditions for sonographers. The contract is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to encourage competition among capable vendors.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide procurement, delivery, uncrating (if required), assembly, and initial setup of the UltraScan Versa Premier Tables and Accessories as specified in the Statement of Work. The equipment must be FDA approved, in new condition, and fully operational. The following items are required:
- 4 units of UltraScan Versa Premier Table (Product ID: 292)
- 4 units of UltraScan Versa Premier Single Pedal Braking Base (Product ID: 9000)
- 4 units of Dual Push Handles (Product ID: 15844)
- 4 units of IV Pole and Brackets (Product ID: 15604)

Additionally, the contractor must provide operational manuals, tools, PPE, and conduct onsite training for clinicians on technical and operational aspects of the equipment.

Period of Performance
The installation and implementation must be completed within 90 days from the date of award.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized distributors or OEMs for the UltraScan Versa Premier Tables. They must provide written authorization from Medical Positioning Inc., which is the original equipment manufacturer. The opportunity is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Bidders must also comply with the Buy American Act.
