Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure the ThermaZone Therapy Device, distilled water, and duffel bags for the VISN Consolidated Prosthetics Unit (CPU). This procurement aims to support the VA's mission of providing effective pain management and recovery solutions for veterans.

The ThermaZone device is a standardized tool used by VA providers to deliver hot and cold therapy without the need for ice, serving as a non-opioid option for various pain conditions. The demand for these devices has exceeded current acquisition methods, necessitating a more robust procurement strategy.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
- ThermaZone Therapy Device (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL): 1656 units
- Distilled Water Bottle, 16.9 FL OZ: 1656 units
- ThermaZone Duffel Bag (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL): 1656 units

- Medical grade AC/DC power supply with auto power cord

Consumables included are: distilled water bottle, duffle bag, front & side head pad, rear head pad, eye pad, back extender strap, and cervical strap. Deliveries are scheduled bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month.
