Background
The Bay Pines VA Health Care System, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking to replace Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds and associated supporting equipment. This acquisition aims to enhance patient care by providing modern ICU bed systems that comply with safety and operational standards. The contract is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and is unrestricted, allowing all interested vendors to submit offers.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide and install Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Beds, Brand Name or Equal, for Bay Pines VA Health Care System in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The following equipment is required:

1. **ICU Beds** (Quantity: 24)
- 120V, 60 Hz
- Safe Working Load: 290 kg
- Max Weight: 220 kg

2. **ICU Mattresses** (Quantity: 24)
- Must include pump for pressure redistribution and microclimate management.
3. **Supporting Equipment**
- Prone Kit.
4. **Installation Services**
- Comprehensive installation including removal of existing equipment without disrupting patient care.
5. **Warranty**
- A minimum twelve-month warranty for all equipment is required.
