SEP 2025 Consolidation - HTME with Extended Installation Services (Includes Turnkey Services)   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) to acquire High-Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) along with Extended Installation Services, including Turnkey Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the necessary medical equipment is supplied and installed effectively to support the VA's mission of providing quality healthcare services to veterans. This solicitation is limited to vendors who currently hold contracts with the VA National Acquisition Center or the Defense Logistics Agency.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide a complete proposal that includes both the HTME and associated extended installation services. The extended installation may involve connecting with existing utilities, furnishing, and installing support structures for the equipment, shielding, and other minor items necessary for routine clinical use of radiology and imaging systems.

The Turnkey Installation must include:
1. Development of drawings/plans and work statements.
2. Site preparation work.
3. Non-standard/special rigging.
4. Transportation and installation of radiology and imaging systems.
5. Documentation to achieve fully operational systems.

The proposals must also include a Work Statement detailing the scope of work, site visit date, itemized cost statement in accordance with Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) 50-division format, and any additional requirements as specified in Section XIII of the contract.

Period of Performance
The goal for award delivery is set for July 21, 2026, which is 90 days from assignment.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place at various VA facilities across the United States where the HTME will be installed.
