This RFQ is hereby extended until 4/3 at 11:00am Mountain Time The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions as listed below. No more questions will be accepted. What is the preferred deployment timeline and target go-live date? May 1st What is the approximate annual mammography exam/imaging volume (diagnostic and screening exams combined Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI, Biopsy, etc.)? During FY 25 Mammo in house 1,305 Diagnostic 339 Ultrasound 262 MRI 32 Biopsy 11 Is there an existing mammography tracking system or other source system currently in use that will be replaced upon award? Magview Luminary One Is any legacy data migration required? If so, what data sources, approximate record counts, and data elements are expected to be migrated? Yes from magview luminary One and CPRS Does the government have a VA-managed private cloud environment for deploying elements of the proposed solution? Yes. We have a cloud environment Will PHI be required to stay on-prem, or is a cloud solution acceptable? Probably ok on cloud What are the current mammography unit(s) (manufacturers and models)? As i understand it only, the South Korean owned MRS/Volpara/Lunit is vista certified in Breast Imaging. This software will need to integrate with VISTA but uncertain about certification requirement How many imaging locations are included in this RFQ? Just 1 Ernest Childers Do you perform any genetic testing? Yes but not a necessary part of this requirement Do you perform bone density scans? Yes -but not a necessary part of this requirement Would you like electronic forms included to help gather clinical history prior to an exam? An electronic template is needed, but we will be gathering clinical history from printed paper forms and entering manually Which RIS or EHR system will need to be interfaced with? CPRS, AGFA EI, VISTA Will the interface be required with both the RIS and EHR, or is there one system that serves as the source of truth? RIS and EHR Please confirm that radiology reporting does not need to be included in the platform, and that this requirement is for tracking only, with radiologists reading/reporting in a separate system Radiologist does not use this Powerscribe needs to be connected intergrated Pacs=AGFA EI does need access Here is an outline of the workflow: Veteran uses VISTA when checking in, Vista interfaces with Tracker system and PACS to connect images, information is read by radiologist using PACS via Powerscribe, which then triggers reports to doctors and other medical staff.
