Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Volpara Health Inc. for the procurement of Mammography Reporting System software. This software will be utilized at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, which is part of the VA's mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans. The contract aims to enhance and support the mammography reporting system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and improving patient care.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of a Mammography Reporting System (MRS) software access and support program. The software is essential for tracking mammography exams and monitoring veteran birads codes, aiding clinicians in breast cancer detection and regulatory compliance. The contractor will supply licensing for use and software support for Radiology and mammography personnel. Key specifications include:
- The most up-to-date MRS software must be provided, with upgrades included in the licensing and support contract.
- Annual delivery of updated software licensing keys at the beginning of each contract option year.
- The contractor is responsible for shipping materials and costs.

Period of Performance
Base period from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030, with options for four additional years.
