CFM SPECIAL EQ Consolidation   2

Background
The CFM SPECIAL EQ Consolidation is being solicited by the VA National Acquisition Center, High Tech Medical Equipment Branch. The goal of this contract is to consolidate orders for specialized medical equipment, ensuring that the equipment meets the technical and functional requirements necessary for effective healthcare delivery. This solicitation is limited to companies that currently hold contracts with the VA or the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for the specified equipment types.

Work Details
The solicitation includes a range of specialized medical equipment as detailed in the attached 'Schedule of Requirements'. Each requirement is solicited as a standalone opportunity for award as one delivery order. Vendors must provide offers that meet or exceed the technical specifications outlined in the purchase descriptions. Offers must include individual product pricing, trade-in values if applicable, and comply with all technical requirements.

Multi-unit discounts are also required based on total line items purchased. Vendors are expected to provide detailed documentation including product brochures, technical specifications, and compliance matrices.

Period of Performance
The goal to award delivery orders is set for September 25, 2026.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations will be determined based on the specific requirements outlined in the Schedule of Requirements.

Bidder Requirements
Only vendors with a current contract for the specified equipment types with either the VA National Acquisition Center or DLA-TS may submit offers. Vendors must have their contracts active at both offer submission and delivery order award times. Offers must include items currently awarded on their respective contracts; proposed additions not yet implemented will be rejected.

Vendors must also comply with VA Directive 6550 regarding unsupported operating systems and provide necessary support plans.
