This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) has a requirement for ScriptPro brand name or equal IAW Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26225Q0148. The sought-out pharmacy management system shall be delivered to Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 participating medical facilities and clinics. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) has a requirement for a pharmacy management system. This solicitation is for the ScriptPro brand name or equal, as outlined in Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26225Q0148.

The goal of this contract is to provide a pharmacy management system to Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 participating medical facilities and clinics.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items as part of the pharmacy management system:
1. SP Central Expanded Platform - Quantity: 1
2. Remote Access Server for WMS - Quantity: 1
3. Smart Card Scanner - Quantity: 1
4. SP Central Communications Module - Quantity: 1
5. Standard Interface - Quantity: 1
6. Customer Hard Drive Retention HCI 1000/Workflow Platform Server - Quantity: 1
7. Customer Hard Drive Retention Robotic Systems - Quantity: 2
8. Endpoint Security Management (per pharmacy) - Quantity: 1

Each item must be identified by manufacturer and part number if it is an equal to the brand name products specified.

Period of Performance
The period of performance begins upon contract award and continues until all items are delivered and accepted.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations within VISN 22, including but not limited to:
- VA New Mexico Healthcare System, Albuquerque, NM
- VA Long Beach Healthcare System, Long Beach, CA
- VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, Loma Linda, CA
- VA Phoenix Healthcare System, Phoenix, AZ
- VA Medical Center San Diego, San Diego, CA
- VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, Los Angeles, CA
