Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 22, is seeking to procure ultralow -80 freezers and associated services. The goal of this contract is to provide essential equipment for the New Mexico VA Health Care System, which supports the agency's mission to deliver high-quality healthcare to veterans.

9. **Three-Year Extended Warranty per new freezer**.

Period of Performance
Vendor must deliver equipment no later than 180 days after receipt of contract.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBC). Bidders must provide an Authorized Distributor Letter from the OEM for all products quoted. All products must be new; remanufactured or gray market supplies are not acceptable.
