Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 22, is seeking to procure a tabletop counter as part of their mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

The goal of this contract is to acquire equipment that meets specific operational needs at the New Mexico VA Medical Center.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

2. Mechanical Customization (Industrial) - Quantity: 1 EA
3. Packing (60/Caterpillar/U-60-B USA) - Quantity: 1 EA
4. Shipping S60/B60/R60/U-60-B USA - Quantity: 1 EA
5. ICU/ICQ IQ/OQ documentation - Quantity: 1 EA
6. Installation & Training U-60-B - Quantity: 1 EA

All items must be brand name or equal to Caterpillar products, and they must meet the salient characteristics outlined in the solicitation, including a small footprint, vision-based high accuracy, and various operational features such as free count and target count modes.

Additionally, all products must include installation and in-person training, as well as IQ/OQ documentation.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide an Authorized Distributor Letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all quoted products.

The letter must be on the manufacturer's letterhead and signed by an authorized official within the last 90 days. Additionally, bidders must comply with the Buy American Act by providing details on country of origin and domestic content for each item offered.
