Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for 16 syringe infusion pumps. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hunter Homes VA Medical Center 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond VA 23249. Period of Performance: One time buy. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is an SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with all conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 26, 2025, via Contract Opportunities website via SAM.gov. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the SAM.gov website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
