Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically VISN 23, is conducting market research to identify potential vendors capable of providing surgical lights, facility booms, service columns, and integration systems designed for routing images and controlling medical devices.

This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather information on available products and services that meet the needs of the Black Hills VA Healthcare System located in Fort Meade, SD.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a comprehensive solution including:
- Surgical lights
- Facility booms
- Service columns
- Video integration systems compatible with existing Karl Storz equipment
- All necessary licensing, software, hardware, mounting solutions, labor, materials, tools, parts, and associated components.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete the implementation and Go Live at the Black Hills facility within one year of Purchase Order award.
