Stryker Thermedx Fluid Waste System

Background
The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to specify items peculiar to one manufacturer on a fixed-price basis. The Contractor shall provide a Stryker Spy-Phi & Fluid Management System in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Stryker Sales, LLC is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. This is a new requirement for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System GCVHCS Surgical Service. This system provides surgeons with real-time visualization of tissue perfusion and lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes during a variety of surgical procedures to include vascular, gastrointestinal, organ transplant, and plastic, micro, and reconstructive surgical procedures.

Work Details
The Contractor shall deliver (1) Stryker Spy-Phi Imager & Fluid Management System with itemized system requirements noted in the table below for the GCVHCS. Training or Installation Required.
Delivery 90 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Period of Performance
