Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West, is conducting market research to identify sources for a sterilizer replacement.

The goal of this contract is to procure a Brand Name or Equal sterilizer that meets specific requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. This initiative aims to establish procurement strategies and assess the availability of small businesses capable of fulfilling this requirement.

Work Details
The requirement is for a sterilizer that meets the specifications detailed in the attached Statement of Work.

Interested contractors should provide information regarding their ability to supply either a Brand Name or Equal product. The solicitation will consider responses from vendors who can demonstrate they are authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers for the proposed equipment and/or services. Additionally, vendors are encouraged to submit estimated market pricing as part of their response.

The responses to this Sources Sought Notice are requested by 3 PM Central Time on November 3, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide detailed information including: Business Name, Business Address, Point of Contact (Name, Phone Number, E-mail Address), and a letter stating OEM authorized dealer status.

Additionally, if applicable, bidders should include their GSA/FSS Contract Number.
