The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide VPRO Sterilizer [brand Name or Equal]. General Requirements: Salient Characteristics: V-PRO MAX 2 Sterilizer 208-230V, 60 Hz CAB SD EN (Manufacturer & VA Catalog #: VP50002101) i) Maximum dimensions of 33" x 40" x 72" ii) Maximum chamber volume of 5 cubic ft. iii) Maximum weight of 800 lbs iv) Must include an automatic door locking system that engages during the sterilization cycle v) Must include a foot pedal to allow hands-free opening of the sterilizer door a. Foot pedal must create a door opening of a minimum of 6" vi) Minimum operating temperature of 120 deg. F vii) Must have a control display panel a. Maximum screen diagonal dimension of 11" viii) Must have at least 5 standard cycles for the following: a. Non-Lumen b. Fast Non-Lumen c. Flexible d. Lumen e. Specialty B. V-PRO MAX Casters w/SPAC (Manufacturer Part #: P011010432) i) Must have brake/wheel locks ii) Must move in 360 deg. All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: Company name. Address. Point of contact (name/title/telephone number/e-mail address). FSS / SEWP Contract number, if applicable. SAM Unique ID number. Tax ID number. Indication of which business category (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business or Other Than Small Business) for which the organization qualifies. A capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to provide the requirement depicted above. Documentation from manufacturer (i.e. correspondence from manufacturer) of your firm being an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. Submit responses to the Contracting Specialist, Matthew Hohl, at Matthew.Hohl@va.gov no later than 11:59 PM (Central Standard Time), July 22nd 2025. 36C25225Q0592 Sterilizer shall be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The NAICS Code 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, is applicable to this acquisition; the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make an appropriate acquisition decision. This is the only notice; no other copies of this notice will be provided.
Background
The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, located at 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing the V-PRO MAX 2 Sterilizer or an equivalent product for the Milwaukee Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC).

This sources sought notice aims to determine the availability of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), small or emerging small business firms, and other than small business firms that can fulfill this requirement.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of the V-PRO MAX 2 Sterilizer with the following salient characteristics:
