Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for a new portable ultrasound machine.

The goal is to procure one Sonosite (or equivalent) portable ultrasound machine for the Cheyenne VA Medical Center, which will enhance medical services provided to veterans.
