Smoke Evacuators and Electrosurgical Generators Tulsa VAMC   2

Background
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is renovating a non-medical existing facility to establish the new Tulsa VA Medical Center (VAMC). The purpose of this contract is to procure essential medical equipment to support surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations within the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide and deliver the following items:
- Two (2) Medtronic AEX Generators with plasmablades, which are soft tissue dissection devices utilizing radiofrequency energy for cutting and coagulating tissue. Each generator must include a touchscreen interface, four memory settings, and be lightweight with rapid startup.
- Four (4) Valleylab FT10 Electrosurgical Units with Universal Generator Carts, designed for cutting tissue in surgical settings, featuring dual output and various operational modes.
- Five (5) Medtronic RapidVac Smoke Evacuators that capture and filter smoke generated during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe environment for healthcare personnel and patients. Each evacuator must include HEPA filters and be compatible with electrosurgical units.

Period of Performance
The contractor is required to deliver the products no earlier than September 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to Jack C Montgomery VA Medical Center, located at 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK 74401.
