Page 1 of 1 Under Statutory Authority Public Law 109-461 Sec. 502 and VAAR 819.7007, the Government anticipates entering into sole-source procurement negotiations with Alliant Healthcare a certified verified service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) for Skytron Boom Panels for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI. Pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127(c), COs may use other than competitive procedures to enter into a contract with a verified Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-owned small business (VOSB) for procurements above the simplified acquisition threshold. A determination that only one SDVOSB can meet the requirement is not required. Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than 9/27/2022 at 10:00 a.m. CDT. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
