Background
The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Healthcare System (NF/SGVAHCS) requires a multiple Scope Lease Program to support the entire healthcare system scope program. The contract will be awarded with a base period of six months with three one-year option periods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the NF/SGVAHCS with multiple scopes and accessories for a Scope Lease Program. Specific requirements include scope point of use inspection, pre-cleaning, leak testing, manual cleaning, high-level disinfection, and sterilization. Additionally, the equipment must have 4K technology and be compatible with the VA's current sterilization methods. The contract also includes specific quantities of various medical instruments and equipment to be delivered to different locations within the NF/SGVAHCS catchment area.

Period of Performance
Base Period: 04-01-2024 to 09-30-2024; Option Year One: 10-01-2024 to 09-30-2025; Option Year Two: 10-01-2025 to 09-30-2026; Option Year Three: 10-01-2026 to 09-30-2027

Place of Performance
Locations include Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, Jacksonville Outpatient Clinic, Tallahassee Outpatient Clinic, The Villages Outpatient Clinic, and Lake City VA Medical Center.
