Contractor shall provide specifications, rough-in drawings, or construction cut sheets for review by architects/contractors/owners and for the use by the necessary trades performing the installation. The vendor will make a complete delivery of all deliverables listed in item 3. contracting technicians will arrive onsite to assemble all acquired sinks. FMS personnel of Martinsburg VAMC will remove the current sinks and install the hardlines for utility services. Upon installation, contracting personnel will validate proper operation of the new sinks per equipment manufacturer instructions. Upon successful installation, the customer (SPS) will then validate the equipment with their SOP. Upon completion of the contractor s validation and customer validation, unit will be in service for operation. Documentation will be provided to SPS and Biomed recording all work done. The warranties on all equipment will not start until the successful installation and VA validation. Vendors will comply with all applicable federal government requirements.
Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the VA Maryland Health Care System, is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of PureSteel Healthcare Reprocessing Sinks to support the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to provide essential equipment that meets specific ergonomic and operational standards for the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) at the facility. The contractor will be responsible for delivering specifications, drawings, and all necessary components for installation and operation of the sinks.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a total of 2 PureSteel Healthcare Reprocessing Sinks, brand name only. The sinks must meet the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 120"Wx30"L, height adjustable.
- Three basin decontamination sinks that comply with AAMI ST79 standards.
- Each basin must be capable of submerging reusable medical devices (RMD) with minimum dimensions of 28"W x 18"D x 10"H, including volume indicators and overflow protection.
- Ergonomic features must include push button lifter height adjustability and wrist slants to reduce on-the-job injuries.
- Integrated power outlets and pegboards for organization.
- Faucet spigots and spray guns meeting ANSI/AAMI ST108 standards, along with built-in temperature gauges.
- Lighting must comply with ANSI/AAMI ST79 requirements for sterile processing illumination.

Deliverables include:
- PS-12030-HA-03-281810B: Reprocessing Sinks (qty 2)
- PS-SK-PB-12024-S: Pegboards (qty 2)
- PS-ST-VL-ETCH: Volume Indicators (qty 6)
- SNK-ERG-SLANT: Ergonomic wrist rests (qty 6)
- T-SNK-SPRAY: Faucet sprayers (qty 4)
Additional components such as deionized faucet spigots, basin temperature gauges, LED basin lights, staging counters, and various organizational accessories are also required.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be fulfilled within a 90-day period after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Martinsburg VA Medical Center located at 510 Butler Ave., Martinsburg, WV 25405.
