Purchase and Delivery Ultrasound Machine for CAVHS

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase and delivery of an Ultrasound Machine. This contract is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

The goal of the contract is to provide a complete ultrasound solution including delivery, installation, configuration, training, and ongoing support to the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System located in North Little Rock, AR.

Work Details
The Contractor shall procure, deliver, configure, and install one complete Point of Care (POC) ultrasound system that meets all salient characteristics as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The specific items include:
1. 3SC-RS Phased Array Probe (H45041DL) - Quantity: 1
2. Venue Go R6 Standard (H8045VX) - Quantity: 1
3. Venue Go Cart (H45134VGCT) - Quantity: 1

All equipment must meet manufacturer and VA specifications and include a one-year warranty covering parts and labor.

The system should feature a 15.6” full touchscreen interface with internal Wi-Fi support, three active probe ports, and a battery providing at least two hours of scan time when fully charged. It supports multiple probes and comes with various standard tools for enhanced functionality.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) registered at the time of solicitation response and award. Additionally, they must be listed with the Small Business Association (SBA) to be eligible for award.
