Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract, 36C24825P2014, awarded to Evoqua Water Technologies for $72,727 (09/02/25–10/03/25). The prior work involved providing four portable reverse osmosis dialysis machines installed on government-owned carts, brand name only, which aligns with the current requirement for five portable reverse osmosis dialysis water purification systems including delivery and set-up. The emphasis on portable RO dialysis units suggests the current effort may be a continuation or incremental procurement of similar equipment for the VA facility.
