Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity for a Patient Monitoring and Telemetry System (36C25926Q0356) appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract with Trillamed, which was awarded multiple installations under 36C25924D0032 (including $6,628,316 for 02/16/24–02/15/27) and related follow-on contracts (e.g., $4,499,967 for 09/23/25–09/22/26 and $2,128,349 for 02/16/24–04/15/26). The prior work involved replacing and installing unified patient monitoring systems with bedside and transport monitors, telemetry transmitters, central stations, network infrastructure, and clinician training—capabilities that align closely with the current RFQ’s mix of ICU/anesthesia/mid-acuity monitors, wireless telemetry transmitters, central stations (including limited functionality), management system, installation/de-installation/disposal, and training at the Salt Lake City VA facility.
