Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing a motorized surgical table for imaging during fluoroscopic procedures and components to meet the requirements for multiple VA Greater Los Angeles facilities.

This request is part of an effort to enhance patient treatment capabilities in Chiropractic Clinics at GLA.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of specific products, including:
- CAPINTEC TABLE, SURGICAL C-ARM - 870, 115VAC, REC/# 058-870-10/1 EA
- CAPINTEC CLAMP, ACCESSORY ATTACHMENT/# 058-849/4 EA
- CAPINTEC FOOT CONTROLLER, SURGICAL C-ARM TABLE/# 058-877/1 EA
- CAPINTEC ARM BOARD, CARBON FIBER, TWO ARMS/# 056-866/1 EA.

The salient characteristics required for the motorized surgical table include:
- Maximum tabletop length of 97 inches.
- Maximum unobstructed radiolucent area of 38.5 inches.
- Tabletop material must be carbon fiber.
- Mattress with a maximum thickness of 2 inches memory foam.
- Attenuation Top with a maximum of .7mm Al Eq and Attenuation Mattress with a maximum of .5mm Al Eq.
- Z motion range between 30 inches and 40 inches.
- Trendelenberg capability of ±20 degrees and Lateral Roll of ±15 degrees.
- Hand control and foot controller functionalities for height, roll, and trendelenberg adjustments.
- Patient capacity must not exceed 500 lbs. Additionally, a warranty is required.
