Background
The VA North Texas, Dallas requires new ceiling-mounted surgical lights, anesthesia booms, equipment booms, and a video integration solution within 11 operating rooms (ORs) and one hybrid OR room of the Dallas facility. This acquisition aims to improve workflow, efficiency, and maneuverability of staff during surgical procedures. The current equipment is past its end of life, necessitating replacement to ensure optimal lighting and safety conditions in the operating environment.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply and install surgical lights, anesthesia booms, equipment booms, and a video integration solution for a total of 12 ORs at the VA North Texas facility. Specific tasks include:
1. Provide and install all surgical lights, anesthesia booms, equipment booms, and video integration solutions.
2. Project management including coordination with departments, scheduling deliveries, providing 3D displays for review, ensuring compliance with installation and infection control requirements.
3. Interim infection control measures as per VA policies.
4. General labor for assembly and installation of all equipment.
5. Structural confirmation with engineering on current structures and support.
6. Electrical connections using existing power sources without additional requirements from ISO panels.
7. Plumbing/med gas/mechanical/HVAC adjustments as needed for installation.
8. Finish work including preparation for terminal cleaning.
