Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: Omnicell Inc. is the only manufacturer of the applicable Anesthesia Workstation Equipment and Windows Omnicenter server infrastructure and no other vendor product is compatible within the existing Omnicell Omnicenter platform and the components that are remaining on station for this system. Omnicell Inc. has indicated the proprietary nature of their medication distribution system and add-on products.
