Nexus Biofeedback System- Mind Media USA VAMC Las Vegas, NV

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate with the small business firm MIND MEDIA USA INC to procure the Nexus 10 MKII Biofeedback System for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS).
This system will be utilized specifically at the VA Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV.
MIND MEDIA USA INC is identified as the only company capable of providing this specific equipment, and a single source Justification & Approval (J&A) has been approved for this requirement.

Work Details
The contract includes the procurement of the following items:
- ITEM 0001: 3 units of NEXUS 10 MKII Biofeedback System
- ITEM 0002: 3 units of Blood Volume Pulse (BVP) Sensor, Finger, Nexus 4/10/32F
- ITEM 0003: 3 units of Respiration (RSP) Sensor, Nexus 4/10/32F
- ITEM 0004: 3 units of Skin Conductance (GSR) Sensor
- ITEM 0005: 4 units of EXG Sensor, Nexus 4/10/32F, Snap-On
- ITEM 0006: 3 units of Ground Cable, Nexus 4/10/32F, Snap-On
- ITEM 0007: 3 units of NUPREP
- ITEM 0008: 2 units of Laptop
- ITEM 0009: 2 units of Monitor, 24"
- ITEM 0010: 2 units of Printer.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Supply Warehouse at VA Medical Center located at 5406 E. El Campo Grande Ave. Ste 150, Las Vegas, NV 89115, USA.
