Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure an Insightec Exablate Neuro Imaging System for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System.

This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities for incisionless neurosurgical interventions, providing Veterans with access to advanced MR-guided focused ultrasound therapy. The goal is to improve patient outcomes, reduce complications, and shorten recovery times, thereby minimizing reliance on external facilities for such treatments.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of the Insightec Exablate Neuro Imaging System, which includes:
1. **Base Exablate Prime Neuro System** - MFG Part Number SYS94, which includes installation, training, and technical support.
2. **Neuro Head Frame Set** - MFG Part Number SET400168-B.

The system must be compatible with a GE Premier MRI 3 Tesla magnet and fit within existing clinical spaces without hindering patient care. It is designed to deliver high-intensity focused ultrasound guided by MRI for treating neurological conditions such as essential tremor and Parkinson’s disease. The system must be FDA approved and provide real-time imaging for precise treatment targeting.
