This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer BRAND NAME or EQUAL products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. As a result, vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the items identified to be eligible for participation with this acquisition. Vendor must be able to provide the documentation that demonstrates such aforementioned authority. Please note that the Brand Name Salient Characteristics outlined below are for reference. All vendors with products capable of providing similar functionality are welcome to provide a quote at time of solicitation. Price quotes shall include the UEI Number, VIP Verification, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. General - It is a light and maneuverable angiographic injector device with features for the purpose of simplifying the delivery of contrast media used in angiograms to determine the extent of arterial blockage. 2. Warranty Requirements - Manufacturer must offer a one-year warranty that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. All defects will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer at no cost to the buyer. 3. Distinct Features a. A clearly visible and intuitive user interface guides the users through proper setup. b.
