THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE REQUIREMENT FOR MED- CARTS
Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of Med-Carts to support the operations at the VA Vancouver Medical Center. Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of six (6) Med-BIN CARTs in two configurations: 4 Large Med-Carts and 2 Small Med-Carts. The salient characteristics for each type are as follows:

**Large Med-Carts (Qty 4)**:
- **Cabinet Composition**: High impact polymers/metal structural components or steel cabinet/aluminum drawers.
- **Clear Top Mat**.

- **Safety/Security**: Keyless Access with Auto Lock or Manual Auto Lock (i.e., keypad locks, push-button combination locks); manual key lock backup; minimum of 1 locking wheel caster.

**Small Med-Carts (Qty 2)**:
- **Cabinet Composition**: High impact polymers/metal structural components or steel cabinet/aluminum drawers.
- **Clear Top Mat**.
- **Dimensions**: Height: 42 to 44 inches; Width: 28 to 38 inches; Depth: 16 to 24 inches.
- **Drawers**: Drawers or cassettes with various sizes (12-18 individual units) for unit dose meds; minimum of 8 utility/storage drawers of various sizes from 3” to 10” height with dividers.
- **Safety/Security**: Keyless Access with Autolock (i.e., keypad locks, push-button combination locks); manual key lock backup; minimum of 1 locking wheel caster.

Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO).
