Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) located at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a contractor who can provide optometry exam chairs.
Background
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) located at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a contractor who can provide optometry exam chairs. The Jacksonville VA OPC is expanding services in the new facility and has requirements for additional diagnostic and treatment equipment. The procurement of the equipment below is required for the expansion.

Work Details
The Eye Clinic Section of the newly constructed leased expansion project at Jacksonville VA OPC at 145 Heron Bay Road Jacksonville, FL 32218. The facility is expanding its Optometry services.

The Eye Lane Chairs, Glides and Stands will be utilized in the eye clinic for routine and emergent exams completed by the Jacksonville VA OPC and local providers. Specific products requested include: Motorized Recline Chair, Chair Mover, Stand Wheelchair Accessible, Slit lamp arm, Upper refractor arm single lock phoropter arm, and Durable backlit membrane switches on instrument consult control a chart projector.

Period of Performance
All items to be delivered and installed on/or before 03/15/2024.
