Intent to Sole Source-USVetServ, LLC The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced contract to USVetServ, LLC. 2131 Woodruff Rd, Suite 21000 #240 Greenville, SC 29607. A sole source procurement will be issued to USVetServ, LLC. against GSA Contract# 47QSWA22D0012. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1(i)(C) In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order and the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. The original order was not previously issued under sole-source or limited-sources procedures. The USVetServ, LLC. is Certified Veteran Owned Small Business and GSA Contract holder with authorized distributor letter from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The NAICS code is 334310 and has a size standard of 7,500 employees for this procurement. The letter from the manufacturer shall state that the contractor is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and Software provided by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The contractor shall provide the equipment, perpetual license and sensor bands. Delivery must be FOB destination 30 days after receipt of order.
