Intent to Sole Source Lease of Fully Equipped Modular Cath Lab Building with Uninterruptable Power Source

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirements to the small business, Modular Devices, Inc., 6678 Guion Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46268: 1 each -- Lease of a fully equipment Modular Cath Lab Building and Uninterruptable Power Source (UPS) for the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System s (OKCVAHCS) Cardiology Catheterization (Cath) Laboratory (Lab) to include a base year plus four (4) option years. The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104 requires the Cath Lab and UPS described above and in the attached Sole Source Justification. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 621512 and the Business Size Standard is $16.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 8:00am (Mountain Time), Thursday, April 29, 2021. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
