INTENT TO SINGLE-SOURCE RFQ: 36C24126Q0587 GE Stress Test eBike

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a one-time, Firm-Fixed-Price, Single-Source contract for a GE Stress Test e-Bike Ergometer for the VA Medical Center (VAMC) in West Roxbury, MA. This procurement is necessary to reestablish the Stress Test segment of cardiac care and patient monitoring at VAMC West Roxbury. The facility has standardized on GE CASE and GE MUSE cardiac systems, which are proprietary to GE Healthcare.

TrillaMed LLC, an SDVOSB distributor authorized by GE, is the sole source for this equipment.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of one (1) GE e-Bike EL ergometer, a medically calibrated stationary cycle designed for cardiac stress testing of patients unable to perform treadmill-based exercise. The purchase includes:
- Delivery and installation at VAMC West Roxbury
- White Glove Delivery
- Verified integration into existing GE CASE Cardiac Stress Testing System and GE MUSE Diagnostic Cardiology Study Management System
- One (1) day onsite clinical training
- Four (4) hours of remote clinical training.

The GE Stress Test e-Bike will transmit real-time stress data (watts, heart rate, pedaling resistance) to the GE CASE system. It is the only ergometer compatible with proprietary GE Healthcare communication protocols.

TrillaMed LLC is designated as the sole authorized SDVOSB distributor for GE Diagnostic Cardiology Equipment. No other suppliers can provide a compatible ergometer that interfaces with the existing GE systems at VAMC West Roxbury. A Letter of Authorization from GE confirms TrillaMed's status as the only authorized distributor.
