NAICS code for this is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The LB vendor will be SpaceLabs Healthcare LLC, located at 35301 SE Center Street, Snoqualmie, WA 98065-9216. Description of requirements: The Richard L Roudebush VAMC is requesting the purchase of the Made in America, 1 (one), Temporal Artery Thermometer. These are the only items that will meet the current Cerner integration for the Fort Wayne Campus.
