The North Florida/South Georgia VA Healthcare System has identified a requirement to replace and/or install new patient ceiling lifts at the Lake City VA Medical Center. This need spans across the Community Living Center (CLC), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Acute Care areas. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Lake City VA Medical Center, located at 619 S. Marion Ave, Lake City, FL 32025. Check-In Location: VA Medical Center - Main Entrance (directly across from Winn-Dixie) Please plan to arrive promptly, as parking is limited on the LCVAMC facility and designated areas located in the Winn Dixie parking lot. The site visit will begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate. Upon arrival, all attendees must check in with Contracting Officer Scott Brickey and sign the attendance sheet. This site visit will provide potential offerors an opportunity to inspect the site, gather pertinent information, and ask relevant questions. Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged.
Background
