The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located in 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073. Shipping term is FOB Destination. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Salient characteristics for the drying storage cabinet include: stainless steel construction, tempered glass windows, HEPA filtered air, a minimum of 9 removable shelves capable of holding up to 25 lbs each, internal LED lighting, touchscreen controls with individual timers for each shelf, scope hangers for at least 4 scopes, dimensions not exceeding 38” W x 31” D x 78” H, and appropriate seismic restraints.

Period of Performance
The contract begins on the date of award and includes installation and training after delivery.
