Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a solicitation for the purchase of customized eye instrument sets, aimed at supporting medical operations at the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center in Altoona, PA.

All instruments must be made from German Stainless Steel and capable of steam sterilization at 270°F for 4 minutes.

Period of Performance
Delivery must occur within 30 days after receipt of order.

Place of Performance
James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA, with shipments to be received at the medical center's warehouse Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding holidays.
