The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing Software Maintenance Service for BD Alaris Carefusion Pumps. This initiative aims to support ongoing BD support services, including software maintenance for new releases and data reporting related to Alaris infusion pumps. The goal is to ensure compliance with various safety and operational standards while enhancing the functionality of existing systems rather than acquiring new ones.

Work Details
The contractor will provide software management services for the Alaris Infusion System, which includes:
- Software enhancements to server-based components;
- Internet, webinar, and on-site training;
- Remote monitoring and technical support;
- Data collection and analytics tools.

2. Alaris Pump Module 8100
3. Alaris PC Unit 8015
4. Alaris PCA Module 8120
5. Alaris ETCO2 Module 8300
6. Alaris Systems Manager and various software applications such as Guardrails Suite MX and CQI Reporter. The contractor must ensure all services comply with NFPA, OSHA, and OEM standards.
