Description

The Lebanon VA Medical Center, intends to negotiate a sole source order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one source) for seven Olympus HD 3CMOS Autoclavable Camera Head with Alliant Healthcare Products of 2140 Oak Industrial Drive Northeast, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505. The Justification and Approval for this action is attached. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order. The NAICS Code is 339112. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source a contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
