3 Station In-Home Oxygen and In-Home Ventilation Services   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16), is initiating a procurement for In-Home Oxygen and In-Home Ventilator services to support Veteran beneficiaries serviced by VISN 16.
The goal of this contract is to provide essential medical services that are currently beyond the capacity of VISN 16, ensuring that Veterans receive necessary care in their homes, 365 days a year, including holidays.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver home oxygen equipment and services.
Services will be performed in the veteran's place of residence across the following locations:
1) Fayetteville VA Medical Center - Fayetteville, AR
2) G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center – Jackson, MS
3) Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System – Little Rock, AR
The contractor must have resources physically located in the geographic area where they will provide service.
The resultant contract will be a 5-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type with Annual Ordering Periods.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be issued on/about March 16, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided at the residences of veterans within the catchment areas of Fayetteville VA Medical Center (Fayetteville, AR), G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center (Jackson, MS), and Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (Little Rock, AR).
