2. **Warfarin NA 1mg Tablet** - 100 Tablets per Bottle, Pink
- Base Year: 4,765 Bottles
- Option Year One: 4,765 Bottles

6. **Warfarin NA 5mg Tablet** – Various packaging sizes and colors with specified quantities for each option year.
7. Each tablet must be clearly embossed with its strength and must match the color specifications similar to the reference drug Coumadin.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year with four one-year options following it.
