Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply of pharmaceutical products through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability and consistency of Zolmitriptan Tablets for nationwide usage, providing volume-based pricing to various government health facilities including VA, DoD, Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. **Zolmitriptan 2.5MG Tablets**
- Quantity: 28,339 Blister Packs per year for the base year and each option year (totaling 141,695 Blister Packs over five years).
- Packaging: 6 Tablets per Blister Pack.

2. **Zolmitriptan 5MG Tablets**
- Quantity: 147,600 Blister Packs per year for the base year and each option year (totaling 738,000 Blister Packs over five years).
- Packaging: 3 Tablets per Blister Pack.

All prices must include a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5% and should not exceed two decimal places.

Period of Performance
