Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Defense (DOD) acquire their pharmaceutical requirements through their respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a supply source that will provide the drugs listed in the schedule for purchase through the PPV Programs. The total annual estimated usage for VA, Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), State Veterans Homes - Option 2 (SVH), DOD, Indian Health Service (IHS), and Bureau of Prisons (BOP) appears on the Schedule of Supplies section of this Solicitation.

Work Details
The solicitation is for Sildenafil Citrate Tablets. The contract will be for one award made in the aggregate for line items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Offerors must submit a price for the base year and all four one-year options for all line items. Prices offered shall not exceed two decimal places. Offered prices must include the Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5%. The NDC number must be unique to the offeror's company. The packaging requirements are specified in detail including safety-cap specifications and bottle dimensions. The contract also includes clauses related to contractor performance evaluation, and dispute resolution.
