Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply of Rituximab and its biosimilars through the VA and Department of Defense (DoD) Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Programs. The goal is to ensure availability and consistency of these pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based, committed-use pricing. The contract will facilitate the distribution of these products through established PPV Programs, which are separate contracts that set fees for pharmaceutical distribution.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. **Rituximab 10MG/ML and Biosimilars**
- **Package Size:** 10 ML per Vial
- **Quantity:** 17,858 Vials for each year (Base Year and Option Years)
- **Unit Price:** To be determined
- **Total Amount:** To be calculated based on unit price

2. **Rituximab 10MG/ML and Biosimilars**
- **Package Size:** 50 ML per Vial
- **Quantity:** 25,111 Vials for each year (Base Year and Option Years)
- **Unit Price:** To be determined
- **Total Amount:** To be calculated based on unit price

Offerors must provide an 11-digit National Drug Code (NDC) number unique to their company for each offered drug. Additionally, prices must include a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5%. The total annual estimated usage will be specified in the Schedule of Supplies section.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year with four one-year options. The exact dates for the Contract Effective Date, Implementation Period, and Ordering Period will be specified at the time of award.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various facilities under the VA, DoD, Indian Health Service (IHS), State Veterans Homes (SVH), and Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
